The Marketing Team

The members of the Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners marketing team bring a wealth of real estate experience in marketing communications. The award-winning team excels at researching each project, determining target audiences, developing effective messages, and implementing creative tactics to reach and impact qualified prospects.
 

Steffany Farmer
Director of the New Homes Division

Steffany has a 13 year track record in the local real estate industry. Steffany started her career as an award-winning general brokerage agent, recognized as a Top Five Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners sales associate and ranked in the top 12 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. She founded Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners’ New Homes Division in 1999. Steffany has been instrumental in assisting builders and developers with land acquisition, master planning, lot sales, product selection and pricing. Steffany believes that market research identifying a competitive advantage and careful planning are the keys to success.

Steffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah as the Builder/Realtor liaison.  She is a past member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah and a past chair and founding member of the Sales & Marketing Council of Greater Savannah. In addition, Steffany is a member of the New Homes Group America and member of the Coldwell Banker Group of the Carolinas. She is a Certified New Homes Sales Professional and a candidate member of the Institute of Residential Marketing. Steffany was listed as a “Top 40 under 40” by the Business Report & Journal in 2005.

Steffany received her bachelor’s degree in management from Georgia Southern University.

 

Annette Bryant
Director of the New Homes Division

Annette Bryant has been working in the field of real estate since the mid-1980s as a Land Developer and Home Building Contractor.  She obtained a sales person’s license and became a REALTOR in 1989 and Broker in 2003.  From 1993 to 2003 she owned and brokered a real estate firm in West Chatham County, training and developing a staff of dedicated sales associates.  In 2003, she merged her former company with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners where she is engaged as the Managing Broker for their Rincon-Effingham County Branch Office and Co-Director of the New Homes Division.

She is proud to serve as the President-Elect of the Savannah Board of Realtors, and sits on the Board of Directors for real estate based associations such as the Sales and Marketing Council of Greater Savannah and the Effingham County Chapter of the HomeBuilders Association of Savannah.

She has been recognized as a leader in sales production with numerous awards over the last 15 years such as the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite (2004) , Sales and Marketing Council Highest Number of Units (2004), and the Savannah Board of Realtors Designated Sales Society, 1989-2004. Annette is currently a candidate for membership in the Institute of Residential Marketing.

Annette’s goals and objectives include forming lasting impressions and relationships through superior service to her customers.
 

Briana Lewis Hassibi
Director of Marketing and Design

Briana serves as the team’s advertising and marketing expert. She works with our clients to conceptualize advertising campaigns, and develops unique ad creations that produce results for our clients. Briana serves as the creative director for our monthly magazine, “Southern HomeScapes.”

Briana’s experience includes serving as the advertising/design specialist for the Century 21 Realty marketing team. Her marketing experience in this highly competitive area includes fine homes and estates, condos, townhomes, residential sales, investments, and condo conversions. Briana was instrumental in international and national marketing efforts, including bilingual marketing materials, specialized events, trade shows, Internet marketing, and direct mail. As marketing director for Bucceroni Realty, Briana targeted high-end consumers and investors. She was responsible for creating innovative marketing tactics including direct mail, logo development, copy writing, and ad placement.

Prior to that, Briana was a fashion professor at Savannah College of Art and Design. Briana has been published in “Secrets of the South” magazine, “Savannah Magazine,” and “Southern HomeScapes.” She was awarded the “Best Print Ad of 2004” by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.

Briana received her bachelor’s degree in marketing management and commercial design from Lycoming College, and earned her master’s degree in marketing design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
 

Kim Grafton
Art Director

Kim is an award-winning graphic designer and art director experienced with corporate identity, print collateral, advertising, annual reports, and consulting for Web and multimedia. Her emphasis on the marketing team is publications and conceptual designs. Kim serves as the art director for “Southern HomeScapes.”

Kim was previously creative director for city and regional publications including Jacksonville Magazine, the Beaches Visitors Guide, and Jacksonville Menu Guide. Prior to that she was associate art director for Robin Shepherd Studios, with major clients including Merck Pharmaceuticals, AgVet division, including HeartGard brand products, and the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. As art director for IntraVue Advertising, Kim created ADDY-award winning corporate identity packages for numerous clients.

Kim was a fine arts major at the University of Georgia and earned her bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
