Horizon Home Builders was founded in July of 2003 by Robert and Richard Flanders.  Robert and Richard are brothers who were born and raised in the Savannah area. 

Richard has over 10 years experience in the construction industry.  He has worked in both the Savannah and Atlanta markets and has built homes up to 4,000 square feet.  Richard oversees the construction side of the business while Robert focuses Horizon’s business/development. 

Horizon Home Builders builds in Bryan and Chatham Counties.  Since its creation, Horizon has constructed almost 100 quality homes.
