Regal Builders of the Coastal Empire was founded by Matthew and Trey Young in 2001.   Matthew and Trey are not only brothers but second generation home builders.  Regal Builders is considered one of the areas fast growing residential construction companies.  They have built in a variety of neighborhoods throughout the Coastal Empire and Bulloch County. You will also find their quality homes in Bridgewater, Georgetown Place, Stone Brooke, and Brewton Acres.

They have been recognized for their charitable work with Habitat for Humanity and won numerous Parade of Homes awards.  Matthew and Trey are active members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.  Matthew currently serves as Vice President of the association.  Regal Builders of the Coastal Empire is also a partner in the Construction Apprentice Program (CAP).  This youth development program is a collaborative effort between the Chamber of Commerce’s Project Workforce, Savannah Technical College and the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.  Regal Builders continues to provide on-the-job apprenticeship training where participants can learn job skills and trade skills.  These skills can be a great foundation for any journeyman. 

Matthew and Trey pride themselves on building communities.  They strive to build homes of value in neighborhoods where friendships are made and families grow.  Typically, their communities offer amenities to enhance the homeowner’s lifestyle and appeal of the neighborhood.

They are also members of the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Georgia.
